The problem

Where good businesses quietly lose customers.

Not because nobody cares, but because the people who answer customers are also doing the work. Whatever your industry, it usually looks like this.

  1. 01Missed enquiries

A customer calls while you are with a client, on site or closed for the day, and tries the next business on the list.

  2. 02Slow responses

Website forms and WhatsApp messages wait hours for a reply. By then, the customer has moved on.

  3. 03Repetitive admin

Your team answers the same questions and retypes the same details, every single day.

  4. 04Lost leads

Enquiries live in inboxes, notebooks and personal phones, so follow-up depends on someone remembering.

  5. 05Poor customer experience

Customers repeat themselves, wait on hold or never hear back, and they remember it.

  6. 06Disconnected systems

Your phone, website, WhatsApp, email and spreadsheets do not talk to each other.

How it works

How an enquiry becomes a structured job.

  1. 01

    An enquiry begins.

A customer calls, messages or visits your website, often at the moment your team is busiest.

  2. 02

    The signal is captured.

Instead of ringing out, the call is answered and the conversation starts. Nothing depends on someone being free.

  3. 03

    Your AI receptionist engages.

It says it is a virtual assistant, asks the questions you approved and reads key details back to confirm them.

  4. 04

Information moves where it is needed.

A structured summary reaches the right person by email, WhatsApp or the system you already use.

  5. 05

    A clear workflow takes over.

Each enquiry is logged and follow-ups are scheduled, so nothing waits in one person’s inbox.

  6. 06

    Ready when you are.

Bring a typical call from your week. We will show you how each step would handle it, and where a person should stay in the loop.

Services

Four services. One connected system.

Each closes one gap in how customers reach you and how your team follows up. Start with the one that costs you most; they connect when you are ready.

  1. 01

    AI voice agents

Answer the calls your team can’t get to.

A virtual receptionist that answers calls, collects the details your team needs and routes each caller to the right person.

    • Answers during busy periods, after hours, or both
    • Asks the questions your team needs answered
    • Sends a written summary to the right person
  2. 02

    AI chatbots

Answer common questions at any hour.

An assistant on your website or WhatsApp that answers common questions from your own information and turns conversations into structured enquiries.

    • On your website, your WhatsApp Business number, or both
    • Answers only from content you approve
    • Hands over to a person with the details
  3. 03

    Business websites

    Turn visitors into enquiries.

Fast, credible websites built around one job: making it easy for the right customer to contact you.

    • Clear service pages written for your customers
    • Fast on mid-range phones and patchy data
    • Call, WhatsApp and booking one tap away
  4. 04

    Workflow automation

    Follow up without chasing.

Connect your inbox, forms, calendar and spreadsheets so enquiries are logged, routed and followed up without retyping.

    • Logs every enquiry in one place
    • Routes each one to the right person
    • Flags anything left without a reply

Implementation

Four steps, and you approve each one.

  1. 01

    Discovery call

We map how enquiries reach you today (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins and your website) and where they get stuck.

  2. 02

    Design

We agree what the system says, what it collects, what it must never do, and when a person takes over.

  3. 03

    Build and test

We configure it on your approved information and test it against realistic scenarios before any customer sees or hears it.

  4. 04

    Launch and refine

It goes live only with your sign-off. We then review what comes in and adjust questions, answers and routing.

Clear limits

What is not automatic.

Our agents always say they are virtual assistants, answer only from information you approve, and never go live without your sign-off. These are not part of a default setup:

  • Booking into your calendar. A default setup takes a preferred time. Live booking needs a calendar or booking system it can connect to.
  • Looking up job status. Answering “is my car ready?” automatically needs a connection to wherever you track jobs.
  • Calculating quotes. Quotes stay with your estimator after they have seen the damage.
  • Transferring calls to a person. Live transfer depends on your phone system. Otherwise urgent calls are flagged in the summary.

Questions

Frequently asked questions.

What does Devincam do?

We are an AI solutions and business automation agency. We build AI receptionists that answer calls, chatbots for your website and WhatsApp, professional business websites, and automations that connect your systems and follow up every enquiry. They work on their own or together.

Do you work with my industry?

Very likely. If your customers call, message or fill in forms, the same problems apply, whether you run a practice, a firm, a shop, a workshop or a field team. We started with panel beaters and have a dedicated solution for them. For other industries we design around your process, and we will tell you plainly what we have built before and what would be new.

Do I need to understand AI to use this?

No. You tell us how customers reach you and what slows your team down. We design, build and test the solution, explain it in plain language, and nothing goes live until you have approved it.

What does the AI receptionist sound like?

A natural, clear voice that introduces itself as a virtual assistant. You can read a scripted sample call on this page, and hear voice options during your demo before choosing one.

Will callers know they are speaking to an AI?

Yes. Agents introduce themselves as a virtual assistant and hand over to a person when the caller asks or the call needs one.

What does it not do automatically?

Booking into a calendar, looking up job status, calculating quotes and transferring calls to a person are not part of a default setup. Each can be added when your systems support it, and only after we have configured and tested it with you.

How does implementation work?

A discovery call, then design, build and testing with realistic scenarios. Nothing goes live without your sign-off, and we review real results with you afterwards.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the service, your call or chat volumes and the integrations involved. After a discovery call you receive a written quote, including third-party running costs such as phone numbers and AI usage.

Next step

Let’s look at how customers reach you.

A short call about your business, whatever your industry, and an honest view of what would help.
