Business websites
Business websites built to start conversations.
Fast, credible websites with one job: help the right customer understand what you do and contact you without friction.
The problem
A website can look fine and still lose the enquiry.
Many small-business websites look acceptable on a desktop and fall apart on a phone. They are slow to load, vague about services, and the contact form is buried at the bottom of a long page.
Many of your visitors will be on a phone, sometimes on limited data. If it takes too long to load, or to work out what you do and how to reach you, they press back and try the next result.
How it works
What every site we build includes.
Design matters, but each element earns its place by helping a visitor decide and act.
- 01
Clear structure
Service pages that match how your customers search and ask, written in plain language.
- 02
Obvious next steps
Call, WhatsApp, email and enquiry routes on every important page, one tap away on mobile.
- 03
Speed on real phones
Built against Google’s Core Web Vitals targets and tested on mid-range Android devices and slower connections.
- 04
Search foundations
Unique titles and descriptions, clean URLs, structured data, a sitemap and sensible crawler settings.
- 05
Accessible and private
Keyboard-friendly, readable contrast, and forms that collect only what you need.
Who it helps
Businesses that depend on enquiries.
If most new work starts with someone finding you and getting in touch, the website is part of your front desk.
Workshops and trades
Panel beaters, service centres and contractors who need calls and quote requests, not brochure pages.
Practices and clinics
Clear services, practical information and easy appointment requests.
Growing service firms
Businesses that have outgrown a template site and need something credible and fast.
Sites paired with AI
A strong base for adding a chatbot, call handling or automated follow-up later.
Setup
What setting it up involves.
Timelines depend mostly on how quickly content and approvals come together. You receive a timeline with your quote.
Discovery and content
We agree goals, audience and pages, and gather your content: services, photos and details.
Structure and design
We plan the page structure and design, then review it with you before building.
Build
We develop the site, contact routes and search foundations, and test it on phones, tablets and desktops.
Launch
With your approval we connect the domain, hosting and Google Search Console, and confirm everything works live.
Handover
You receive a written guide to how the site is hosted, updated and monitored.
Limits and dependencies
What to know before you start.
Good systems are honest about their edges. These are the ones that matter for this service.
- No one can honestly guarantee search rankings or a number of leads. Results depend on competition, content, reviews and time.
- Your input matters. Real photos of your work, accurate details and prompt feedback make a far better site than stock content.
- Your domain, hosting and email accounts should be held in your business’s name. We help set them up.
- Hosting, domain renewal and any paid tools are ongoing costs, listed in your quote.
- A site stays useful when it stays current. We agree with you who updates content and how.
Questions
Business websites: common questions.
Will my website rank first on Google?
No one can honestly promise that. We build the technical and content foundations search engines look for, and we show you how to track performance in Google Search Console.
Who owns the website?
Ownership of the domain, content and code is set out in your agreement. We recommend your domain and hosting accounts are always held in your business’s name.
Can you improve my existing site instead?
Sometimes. If the platform and content are sound, targeted fixes to speed, structure and contact routes may be the better investment. We will tell you which we recommend, and why.
Can it connect to a chatbot or automation later?
Yes. We build with that in mind, so enquiries from the site can feed straight into your follow-up process.
