AI chatbots
A chatbot that answers from your information.
An assistant on your website, your WhatsApp Business number or both, that answers common questions, asks the right follow-up questions and turns a conversation into a structured enquiry, at any hour.
The problem
Visitors have questions your page does not answer.
People arrive with a specific question, often after hours. Do you do this kind of work? How does it work? What do I need to bring? If the answer is not on the page in front of them, many leave instead of filling in a form.
Meanwhile, your team answers the same handful of questions by email, phone and WhatsApp every week, time that could go into work that needs a person.
How it works
Answer, qualify, capture, hand over.
The assistant works only from content you have approved, and it knows when to hand over.
- 01
Grounded in your content
We give it your services, FAQs and policies, nothing else, and set the tone of voice to match your business.
- 02
Answers and clarifies
Visitors ask in their own words. It answers from your content and says plainly when it does not know.
- 03
Qualifies
It asks the few questions you define, such as the type of job, location or urgency, before a hand-over.
- 04
Captures with consent
It asks for contact details only after explaining why, with a link to your privacy notice.
- 05
Hands over
The conversation becomes a summary sent to your inbox, a WhatsApp chat, a callback request or a record in your system.
Who it helps
Businesses that answer the same questions every week.
It works best where questions are predictable and the next step is a conversation with your team.
Service questions
What you do, what you do not, areas you cover and what the process looks like.
Pre-qualifying for quotes
Collecting the details your team needs before calling back, so the first call is useful.
After-hours capture
Turning late-night browsing into an enquiry waiting for you in the morning.
Routing
Pointing visitors to the right contact, page or channel for their question.
Also on WhatsApp
The same assistant, where your customers already message you.
On WhatsApp the chatbot also collects photos and follows up in the same thread. It runs on the official WhatsApp Business Platform, with its own rules on templates, consent and per-message fees.
Setup
What setting it up involves.
Most websites can host a chat assistant with a small embed. We check your platform first.
Content gathering
We collect and tidy the information it may use: services, FAQs, policies and contact routes.
Conversation design
We agree its tone, the questions it asks, its hand-over rules and the topics it must decline.
Installation
The chat widget is added to your site. It is a third-party script, so we review its effect on speed and privacy.
Testing
We test with real questions, awkward questions and attempts to make it go off-script.
Launch and review
After your sign-off it goes live. We review conversations with you and improve its answers.
Limits and dependencies
What to know before you start.
Good systems are honest about their edges. These are the ones that matter for this service.
- AI language models can produce confident but wrong answers. Limiting it to your approved content and testing reduces this, but it does not remove the risk entirely.
- It should not quote prices, promise availability or make commitments unless you have approved exactly what it may say.
- Some visitors will try to make it misbehave. We test for this and restrict what it can access and do.
- The chat platform and AI usage carry running costs, which we estimate with you up front.
- A chat widget adds a script to your website. We measure its effect on loading speed before launch.
- Chat transcripts can contain personal information. Where they are stored, who can see them and how long they are kept are agreed with you.
Questions
AI chatbots: common questions.
Will it make things up?
It can. Language models sometimes produce confident, wrong answers. We reduce this by limiting it to your approved content, telling it to admit when it does not know, and testing it with tricky questions. Do not rely on it as the only source for prices or legal terms.
Can the same assistant work on WhatsApp?
Yes. WhatsApp is part of the chatbot service. It needs your number on Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform, which brings per-message fees, approved templates and consent rules. The WhatsApp chatbots page explains how it works.
Will it work on my current website?
Most website platforms allow a chat widget to be embedded with a short code snippet. We confirm your platform supports it before you commit.
Who can see the conversations?
You decide. Conversations are stored on the chat platform, and we agree access and retention with you before launch.
